Worldwide delivery of orders directly from our warehouse!
Upon receipt of your order, the goods ordered via our e-store are reserved and the number of available goods in the system is changed immediately.
Once the order payment is received in our bank account, the order is transferred for further processing. If the order is paid by bank transfer, please send the payment order to e-mail info@jdmstorque.com, to speed up the processing of the order.
If order payment is not received within three days, the order is cancelled.
To cancel the order, please contact us immediately with the request to cancel the order – do not forget to indicate the order number!
After processing the order, the purchase is carefully packaged and delivered to the courier for delivery to the address specified by the customer. Worldwide delivery is provided by DHL and DPD.
You can find delivery costs and estimated delivery duration before confirming the order (at the checkout) by choosing the type of delivery – Economy or Express.
Return of goods
The request for return of each part is handled individually!
The transport costs of the spare parts returned by the customer shall be borne by the customer!
Spare parts for vehicles which have been mounted and/or have their packaging damaged shall not be taken back or changed!
Custom-ordered spare parts shall not be taken back or replaced!
Warranty of goods
Original spare parts shall be subject to a 2-year guarantee for natural persons and 1-year producer guarantee for legal entities.
The warranty of electrical spare parts is in force on condition that it is installed by an authorised dealer.
The warranty does not apply if the damage to the spare part is due to wear or if the component has been installed on a street or racing vehicle with increased engine power (factory parameters have been changed).
