This agreement is concluded between the owner of the Internet trading site www.jdmstorque.com. JDM STORQUE, SIA, registration number 44103123297, registered on 3rd of June 2019, address: Ezera street -2, Taurene, Cēsu municipality, LV – 4119, (hereinafter referred to as Seller), and Purchasing and Purchasing purchase on the www.jdmstorque.com web site.
-The buyer orders, buys and pays, but the Seller supplies and sells spare parts of light motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “Goods” under the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”).
-The buyer orders Item by filling in the appropriate order form on the Seller’s home page at www.jdmstorque.com. When performing the order, the Purchaser undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. given name, surname, delivery address and contact details, and by pressing the “Make an order” field. Any change The purchaser undertakes to notify the Seller by writing an e-mail to info@jdmstorque.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation. The purchaser is responsible for the correct presentation of the data, otherwise the supply of the item is not guaranteed. Ordering of the item shall be considered as an offer from the buyer to the Seller to enter into this Distance Agreement for the delivery of the consigned Item and for the agreement of the Buyer to purchase the ordered Item at the specified price. Personal data relating to the delivery of the item shall not be transferred to a third party, except for the “DPD Latvija” SIA , “DHL LATVIA” SIA (“courier mail”), for the delivery of the order.
-The seller shall supply the item at the address indicated by the purchaser in accordance with the rates specified by the courier. The buyer shall pay the shipping expenses and the Item together before receiving the approval and the Supply of Goods from the Seller. The delivery price is invoiced.
-The Purchaser orders can be performed 24 hours a day, but the Seller performs the orders: working days from 09:00 am to 05.00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays – no assembly is carried out. The seller sends to the Buyer an acknowledgement of accepting the order in the form of e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a supporting email, the order has not been accepted. The order is started when the money is credited to the Seller’s account.
-The purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal included in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order to avoid disputes, at the time of arrival of the item, the Buyer must make sure that it complies with the order (item code, item name and other essential parameters).
-In the event that the goods have been assembled incorrectly, the purchaser has the right to swap the item within 14 (fourteen) days by completing the return form. In the above case, the courier costs shall be covered by the Seller.
-If the Buyer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions shall be taken into account:
- Item to be returned must not be in use. If the condition of the returning Product has deteriorated and has occurred incorrectly when it is stored, the purchaser shall not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- The purchaser is obliged to retain and not damage the original packaging of the Product.
- For specially ordered Goods, return options or exchange for another Item is not considered.
- If the Purchaser wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must then contact the Seller by e-mail in the info@jdmstorque.com by sending a letter of withdrawal. The buyer has an obligation to inform the Seller about the reasons for the return of the item. The buyer receives a form from the Seller withdrawal form, which is filled in and sent to the Seller by the above email.
- The buyer is obliged to keep both the courier documents on the receipt of the Item and the mail/courier documents on return of the Item to the Seller.

- The Seller shall transfer the cash for the return Item and its delivery costs to the bank account indicated by the Buyer on the withdrawal form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the Item indicated on the Termination and Refusal Form in the Seller’s warehouse on the basis of the Buyer’s refusal.
-The average delivery time is 2 (two) to 6 (six) working days, but the Seller reserves the right to supply the Product within 14 (fourteen) working days, as the delivery deadlines may vary depending on the availability of the Item in the warehouse.
-The delivery time for orders, if the Item is not available in the manufacturer’s warehouse at the time of ordering, may take up to 45 (forty-five) working days, informing the Buyer.
-All prices are listed with 21% VAT (value added tax). At the time of delivery of the goods, the purchaser undertakes to sign the receipt for the Item.
-Payment for Item Purchasers is made in the www.jdmstorque.com web shop with a transfer to the account number of the JDM STORQUE, SIA, as indicated on the prepayment invoice. All delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
-This Agreement shall be in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The purchaser shall certify that he is familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with it and to comply with it.
